You can have anything you want but i would like to suggest you not to take soft drinks & drinks it will cause the child's growth.

SOme of the things you should eat if you are tryng to conceive are foods rich in Omega 3 fatty acids like fish.  In particular salmon, mackerel and sardines.  In ddition tothat, lean red meat is great and although not good for romance - garlic offers a host of fertility enhancing properties as well.  Garlic is good for just about everything.  Fertility specialists will also recommend that you eat whole fat dairy.  FOr instance, whole milk - but not too much.  THe biggest thing to increase fertility is to keep your mind at ease though.  Try not to worry or obsess about it.  Stress can ridiculously inhibit immune function and every other normal function of the body.  Good luck!

Eat as healthy as you can. So many women fall into that trap of eating everything they want when they are pregnant. Remember the weight you put on when you are pregnant is not easy to take off. I gained 44 lbs!
