I would like some comment if anyone else has experienced the same problem as me.
My daughter is 38 has just had a new baby and has made me feel completely cut off and inconsiderate, no matter what I do she just seems to block me off. We have a strained relationship, I have asked her to tell me what it is that bothers but shuts off and blames me for everything.
Please help.

Why do you have a "strained relationship" in the first place? Is it something that could forgiven?
