What is your favorite way to work out? - walking - running - biking - swimming - pilates - weight-lifiting - more? Thank you for sharing

In the winter, it's mostly gym work:  45 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weight resistance.

I like to swim if I get the chance, like when I went to visit my father this summer.  I also like to play tennis, and walk around.

cardio is the best! during the winter months when it gets nasty cold here, I do indoor stationary bike work. I do it while I watch the news. It goes by very fast.

My favorite way to work out exercises are through walking and swimming. I also play soccer and table tennis. I prefer doing simple exercises instead of the complex ones.

I always go for walking because I had personally lost around 8 kg in walking.   Of course it was packed with a diet management.  But the walking thing really gave me pretty incredible results.

I like to sweat a lot, so I tend to choose vigorous exercises like running on the treadmiller, but at my age, it kills me every time.  I have to force myself...otherwise...love handles grow mysteriously from my sides.
