Sarah Burkhart

Sarah Burkhart is a NZ Registered Nutritionist with extensive qualifications and experience. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Physiology, a Master of Science in Nutrition and is currently completing her PhD in Sports Nutrition. She has worked with members of the general public and athletes from recreational to international level competition. She was also a member of the nutrition team based in the main dining hall at the 2010 Delhi Commonwealth Games.Sarah has also worked with sports teams, workplace groups and large organisations providing enlightening and motivating presentations and workshops. She also writes for a number of websites and the European Food Information Council (EUFIC) Food Today magazine.
